Attendance and Tracking Policy

• - Digital Monitoring & Active Engagement: Investment Academy monitors trainee access to the e-learning platform. Logins are digitally tracked via the user portal for quality assurance. Attendance in specific modules is quantified through active engagement and participation metrics.
• - Virtual Equivalence: Attendance in virtual classrooms carries the exact academic equivalence as traditional, in-person attendance.
• - Minimum Attendance Threshold: Trainees must attend a minimum of 75% of total allocated training hours.
• - Penalties for Non-Compliance: Trainees failing to meet the minimum attendance threshold shall be classified as absent and will forfeit their right to certification.
• - Blended & Asynchronous Standards: For asynchronous or blended programs exceeding one month, a minimum of 25% synchronous (live) attendance is mandated.
