1. Preamble
This charter is an ethical and professional framework reflecting the values on which Investment Academy is founded, aimed at providing a positive learning environment based on respect, responsibility and excellence. Acceptance of this charter forms part of the trainee’s commitment upon registering in any program.
2. The Trainee Undertakes to
- Attend regularly and participate actively in all training activities.
- Uphold academic integrity and scholarly honesty in all work and assignments.
- Respect instructors, fellow trainees and Academy staff, and observe the rules of dialogue and communication.
- Keep platform login credentials confidential and never share them.
- Use the learning platform for academic purposes only.
- Respect intellectual property rights and not republish or circulate content without authorization.
- Meet the deadlines for assignments and examinations and the approved training calendar.
- Fulfil financial obligations on time in accordance with the registration terms.
- Maintain a positive learning environment free of abuse, discrimination or any unprofessional conduct.
- Cooperate with program management to improve the quality of learning, and report any breach that comes to their knowledge.
3. In Return, the Academy Undertakes to
- Deliver a professional learning experience with up-to-date content and qualified instructors.
- Provide academic and technical support through clear official channels with published response times.
- Ensure fairness and transparency in assessment and procedures, and guarantee the trainee’s right of appeal.
- Respect trainee privacy and protect their data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
- Listen to observations and suggestions and continuously develop the programs.
- Disclose fees, terms and policies before registration, and not amend them retroactively to the trainee’s detriment.
4. Breach of the Charter
Breach of the obligations in this charter is handled under the related policies, in particular the Academic Integrity Policy (IA-POL-01) and the Academic Communication Policy (IA-POL-16), with the procedural safeguards prescribed therein.
