Academic Integrity & Anti-Plagiarism Policy

1. Definition of Academic Integrity

Academic integrity is a fundamental pillar of the academic, professional, and educational community. It encompasses the strict policies and procedures implemented by the Academy to ensure effective learning and the rigorous qualification of trainees. This commitment demands absolute honesty in the transmission and documentation of information, alongside strict adherence to attendance, assessment, and examination regulations to uphold scientific and institutional integrity. The Academy adopts academic integrity as a core governing principle across all its e-learning and on-site training programs.

2. Forms of Academic Integrity Violations

Various actions constitute a direct violation of our academic integrity standards and principles. These include, but are not limited to:

  • - Cheating: Copying the work of others or utilizing unauthorized materials, information, or aids during examinations or any assigned tasks.
  • - Plagiarism & Intellectual Theft: Presenting the work, products, or ideas of others as one's own, regardless of the original author's consent. This includes incorporating uncredited materials, quoting without proper citation, and the unauthorized use of intellectual or literary property in any academic assessment without explicit referencing.
  • - Exploitation of Collaboration: Unfairly relying on group members to complete joint assignments, or exploiting peers to fulfill individual tasks on one's behalf.
  • - Misuse of Academic Assistance: Exploiting the good-faith academic support provided by peers, such as illicitly copying a colleague's report or past examination without their knowledge or consent.
  • - Fabrication & Falsification: Altering or inventing information within assessments and assignments, or committing institutional fraud by submitting falsified documents (e.g., forged medical certificates) to justify absences.
  • - Impersonation: Assuming the identity of another individual in virtual classrooms, during examinations, or while executing required assignments.

3. Disciplinary Procedures & Enforcement

Given the critical importance of a transparent e-learning and training environment, the Academy enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against academic violations. Our enforcement measures include:

  • - Digital Monitoring: Implementing automated tracking systems to digitally monitor platform access, logging the exact attendance and session duration of each trainee.
  • - Certification Withholding: Strictly denying the issuance of any certificates to trainees who exceed the maximum allowable absence threshold.
  • - Immediate Dismissal: Expelling any trainee found in violation of the Academy's established Academic Integrity rules and policies.
  • - Restricted Collaboration: Prohibiting unauthorized collaboration on program assignments or tasks without explicit, prior approval from the instructor.
  • - Fraud Penalties: Dismissing any party submitting forms, appeals, or documents containing forged or misleading information.
  • - Confidentiality & Due Process: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all infractions and officially notifying the concerned individual of the disciplinary action prior to its final enforcement.
