1. Purpose
This document sets out the readiness elements of the Academy’s digital learning environment and the operational commitments of the platform, aimed at continuity of training, ease of access to content and protection of beneficiary data.
2. Readiness Elements

| Availability | A cloud platform available around the clock for access to content and learning services, except during announced maintenance and outages beyond the Academy’s control. |
| Security | Encrypted communication between the beneficiary and the platform, protection against common attacks, and account- and permission-level access controls, in accordance with the approved information security controls. |
| Performance | A scalable technical architecture aimed at keeping the platform stable and content fast to access at peak times. |
| Compatibility | Works through modern browsers on computers, tablets and smartphones. |
| Virtual classrooms | Live lectures through the approved virtual classroom platform with audio, video and chat interaction; lectures are recorded and made available to trainees enrolled in the program as announced in it. |
| Records | Electronic documentation of attendance, engagement, examinations and grades; these records are the official record. |
| Technical support | A technical support team assisting beneficiaries under the Technical and Academic Support Policy (IA-POL-06). |
3. Operational Commitments
- Periodic data backups and a service recovery plan for outages.
- Monitoring of platform performance and availability, with notification of unplanned outages and the expected time to resolution.
- Regular updates of the platform and its systems, tested before release.
- Compliance with NELC standards and regulator requirements, and integration with their systems where required.
- Processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the “Privacy Policy” page and the Personal Data Protection Law.
