1. Privacy and Data Protection

The Academy processes the personal data of beneficiaries in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations, and collects only what is necessary to deliver its training services and to meet its regulatory obligations. The approved Privacy Policy sets out the data collected, the purposes of processing, the parties with whom it may be shared, retention periods, and the rights of the data subject and how to exercise them.

2. Data Subject Rights in Brief

• To be informed of the legal basis and purpose of collection, and of the parties with whom data is shared.
• To access their data and obtain a copy of it.
• To request correction, update or completion of their data.
• To request destruction of their data once the purpose of processing has ended, subject to statutory retention periods.
• To withdraw consent to any processing based on consent, including marketing communications, without affecting essential academic notifications.
• In all cases, to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) as the competent personal data protection authority.

3. Terms of Use of the Website and Platform

• The website and platform may be used only for lawful educational and training purposes and in a manner that does not violate the law or the rights of others.
• Beneficiaries are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for updating it when it changes.
• Any attempt at unauthorized access to systems or accounts, disruption of the service, or automated harvesting of content is prohibited.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable; the beneficiary is responsible for everything performed through their account.
• Discount codes and offers are personal to the recipient and may not be circulated or published.
• Purchases made through the website are subject to the payment terms and the Cancellation and Refund Policy (IA-POL-21) displayed before completing payment, in accordance with the E-Commerce Law.

4. Content and Liability

• Training content is provided for education and professional qualification and does not constitute investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell.
• External links are provided for convenience; the Academy is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.
• The Academy exercises due care to maintain service continuity, does not guarantee uninterrupted service for reasons beyond its control, and notifies beneficiaries of planned outages where possible.

5. Breach of the Terms of Use

Upon breach of these terms the Academy may suspend or terminate the account, apply the measures set out in the related policies, in particular the Academic Integrity Policy (IA-POL-01), and refer facts constituting a legal violation to the competent authorities.
