From the course page on the platform the trainee reaches the scientific content, activities, examinations and the academic services linked to it. Each course page consists of the following sections:
1. About the Course
Course overview, objectives, learning outcomes and description of the content, together with dates and language of delivery.
2. Course Files and Learning Materials
- The training package, the introductory guide and the implementation plan of the course.
- References and supporting written and video materials.
3. Live Lectures and Schedule
The personal virtual classroom link and the lecture schedule, and lecture recordings for enrolled trainees as announced in the program.
4. Self-assessment
Activities and quizzes that help trainees gauge their understanding in preparation for formal examinations; they do not count towards the grade.
5. Examinations and Assignments
The course examinations and assessment activities, conducted according to the approved training calendar and the Academic Assessment Policy (IA-POL-13).
6. Beneficiary Satisfaction
The evaluation form for the course, the instructor and the learning experience; its results feed continuous improvement of programs and services.
7. Certificates
After meeting the program requirements and passing the course, the trainee can view, download and electronically verify the certificate in accordance with the approved regulations and policies.
8. Progress Tracking
Completion rate of the course, status of activities, examinations and tasks, and attendance, helping the trainee track progress on an ongoing basis until the program is completed.
