Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy

At Investment Academy, we are strictly committed to respecting and upholding Intellectual Property (IP) and Copyright laws throughout the design and development of all training programs.

1. Instructor's Commitment to Intellectual Property

Any instructor participating in content development is obligated to respect all intellectual property, copyright, authorship, and distribution rights. Instructors must explicitly cite all references, sources, and materials utilized in authoring the training program. Furthermore, they pledge to ensure full compliance with all prevailing intellectual property and copyright laws enforced within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Instructor's Commitment Upon Content Upload

The instructor acknowledges and respects IP rights and copyright principles when uploading any content to the Academy's platform. Furthermore, the instructor grants Investment Academy the absolute and irrevocable right to manage and utilize all uploaded training programs for any institutional purpose, including research, academic development, and commercial training operations.

It should be noted that Investment Academy utilizes a robust suite of digital systems to execute its e-learning processes, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Zoom virtual classrooms.

The use of these systems generates various content and materials, some uploaded directly and others produced automatically as statistical data regarding trainee attendance, engagement with program content, and examination scores. The management of all such materials is governed by our Intellectual Property and Copyright policies.

3. Copyright Enforcement & User Regulations

  • - It is strictly prohibited to publish any content that violates religious, ethical, or cultural norms.
  • - The unauthorized distribution of promotional discount codes with third parties is prohibited.
  • - Publishing any training content that defames any individuals or institutions is strictly forbidden.
  • - Infringing upon intellectual property by publishing or quoting copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited.
  • - Both instructors and trainees are strictly forbidden from distributing any training portfolios from their Academy accounts. All IP rights remain the exclusive property of Investment Academy.
  • - The sharing of any recorded sessions, academic materials, or software programs with third parties is strictly prohibited. All materials are exclusively for personal use.
