About LMI
Leadership Management International (LMI) develops leaders and organizations, with the mission of "developing leaders and organizations to their full potential". Paul J. Meyer founded it in 1966 as Leadership Motivation Inc., and its corporate office is in Waco, Texas. It offers over three dozen programs and services, many of them in more than 25 languages.
The Total Leader® concept
LMI develops leaders in four steps:
- Personal Productivity: managing yourself, your time and your priorities.
- Personal Leadership: building on strengths and improving self-image.
- Motivational Leadership: inspiring others and building productive, engaged teams.
- Strategic Leadership: defining the organization's purpose and key strategies, putting the right people in the right roles, and overseeing execution.
Its other programs include Leadership Development, Team Dynamics, Communication Strategies and Leadership for Women®.
How LMI programs are delivered
Each program runs over several weeks in small groups: short, action-oriented sessions, weekly goals tracked by each participant, a mid-course review of results, and a graduation where participants present their results and receive their certificates.
Investment Academy and LMI
Investment Academy is an accredited LMI partner and offers two programs in Saudi Arabia, Effective Strategic Leadership (ESL) and Effective Women's Leadership Skills in Management, with an international certificate accredited by LMI.
